You are strongly advised to read and understand with the following Returns Policy carefully.

This is also to safeguard our interest and business in providing better services and importing more exclusive products to cater to our customers' interest especially you, our valued customer.

Please read the following notes before asking for Refund or Exchange:

  1. Please do note colours may be affected by lighting or variation of colours on your monitor screen and catalogues uploaded.
  2. Description provided are mainly from suppliers, if the item arrives not 100% as per description, we will not be liable. 
  3. Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches/ways of measurement.
  4. We are not responsible or liable if the item(s) colour runs or shrink after washing and no refund or exchange will be entertained. 
  5. Item(s) is/are as it is. No refund or exchange will be entertained if there is any dislike from your part or minor defect.
  6. We shall not liable for any loss or damage of items via local normal mail. Therefore, SmartPac or Registered Mail is highly recommended. 

If the item(s) you want to return or exchange is/are not because of the above-mentioned reasons:

  1. Get in touch with us at within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. The products you return must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. 
  3. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post or SmartPac as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please do note that you will have to pay for the shipping of the item(s).

Truly Muslimah accepts returns and exchanges requests made within 7 days from when the order has been received by you. Returns received after the 7 day period and up to 14 days will only be accepted at the discretion of Truly Muslimah.


If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

Truly Muslimah is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them. Your statutory rights as a customer remain unaffected.


Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and if a different product is desired you will need to place this as a new order.

During our sale clearance, products marked as SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
